We have a NO return & NO exchange policy:
Return request will only be accepted through this Cancellation Policy:
1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on “cancel order” option against the order number that you want to cancel.
2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
Return Policy:
1. Misrifarm needs to be notified of damaged product within 3 days from delivery date via email to info@misrifarm.com
2. In the email do share order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product and opening box video.
3. In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
4. We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing an suitable solution.
5. Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
6. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Whatsapp, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
7. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
2. If the product is customized for you
3. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 3 days of receiving the shipment.
In case of spoiled product
1. Misrifarm needs to be notified of spoilage of product within 10 days from delivery date via email to info@misrifarm.com
2. We must require mentioned things in the email – order number, date of packaging, clear images or video of the product compulsory to share
3. We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand so no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in the natural production process, use of best and natural ingredients and we will ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained
4. Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
